So now that the page count of the thesis book is done, I redid the table of contents with new info and tried to clean up the design a bit. How do people like it? Clear? Good layout? Enough detail? I've been staring at it for so long I've lost perspective but I think color coding the bubbles to reflect the three main sections is a good idea. Comments?

hmm... as I look at it some more, I think maybe there needs to be an image box next to the Process tab...Will have to put that in when I finish designing Process.
